Designation:- AVP Business Development- Government Vertical(Bangalore)

Job Location: Bangalore

Salary:- 15 - 20 Lakhs PA

Experience:- 15+ Years

Gender:- Male

Qualification;- Any Graduate with MBA preferred

Key Deliverable :-

- To be the AVP of Sales and to manage the respective Homes Division's Sales function, from pre-development to hand over;

- To ensure targets are met in terms of sales efficiency, profitability and highest levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure all Government Sales vertical areas portray a professional, corporate image at all times.

- Work effectively as part of the senior management team.

- The job holder is required to actively promote best practice throughout the company as per their wider responsibilities for the management of the division; including the general running of the division, setting budgets, minimising risks, maximising opportunities, achieving the division's targets;

- Seeking to positively influence the progression and growth of the division.

- Will be responsible for staff of Business Development Managers and Territory managers - if required

- Developing growth strategies and plans majorly on Government vertical

- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base

- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

- Writing business proposals

- Negotiating with stakeholders if dependency there.

- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

- Following industry trends locally and internationally

- Consulting with our legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts

- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

- High-level communication skills

- Stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to negotiate

- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

- Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

- Experience working to and exceeding targets

- Experience in the field of Biometrics
