GyFTR is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. GyFTR is the market leader owning 60% of the market share as per numbers with a footprint covering 90% space. The company has grown more than 150% on a year-on-year basis for the last 3 years.
Overview : The AVP of business development works together with the leadership team toward fostering better business success for the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation from New Accounts and marketing of companies products/services.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead and grow the Business Development and Partnerships team, including field team members.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- At least 8-10 years of work experience in corporate sales for leading companies.
- Business development and large account management.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven Sales record.
- Confident and Proficient in English.
- MBA from a premier institute.
