Requirement :

Experience : 1-5 years

Qualification : Graduate is must, BCom, BBA. Master's degree is good to have.

Skills Required: Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Outbound efforts on behalf of our clients including prospect research, email or tele- prospecting outreach, qualifying prospects, event invitation, appointment setting, etc.

2. Educate and qualify prospects that meet our client's ideal customer profile to create sales-ready leads

3. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communications ability.

4. Ability to handle pressure and responsibility to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

5. Self-motivated and positive work attitude along with flawless organization skills

6. Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on campaigns assigned
