AVIAREPS - Executive - Public Relations (2-4 yrs)
Public Relations (PR) Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To create thoughtful, data-backed pitches, engage with reporters & journalist, maintain relevant media lists, and manage all follow-through with reporters, journalists and media houses/publications.
- Handling media queries and media campaigns to deliver the right message to the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze content published and keep a tab on media monitoring.
- Responsible for establishing relationship with media companies, influencers and community by writing press releases and other media communications like newsletters, articles, blog post, social media post, press kit and conferences.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the brand image of the client.
- Drive strategy to increase engagement on social media platforms and email campaigns.
- Writing and editing content on regular basis to promote clients on various platforms including social media, media publications and agencies.
- Working on PR reports and coverage report on regular basis.
- Consulting with team to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on PR proposals & decisions.
- Constantly thinking about how to maximize the reach and impact of earned as well as owned media.
- Maintaining and updating PR data
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum work experience of 2-3 years in PR field
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding & knowledge of PR and marketing
- Experience in handling a press conference & event will be an added advantage.
