Sales Trainee
- Responsible for Generating Business for Primarily Motor Drives of Swing Door, Sliding Door, Glass Door and Gates along with Rolling Shutters all types entrance automation and accessories.
- Responsible for generating business through phone calls, cold leads, email and databases on every day basis.
- Responsible for identifying highly potential counters, generating Active Partners selling Motors and go personally to meet them &developed the relation to do business.
- Responsible for generating active partners into the areas of Maharashtra, Gujrat, Rajasthan and MP &then PAN India.
- Create Network of all fabricators, automation companies, end customers and Integration Partners for selling motors into their ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Responsible for making commercial quotations and send it to the potential buyers under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Responsible for the complete SO Punching and ensuring timely deliveries of all shipments in time.
- Responsible for collections of all timely payments of all processed and punched POs.
- Trouble shooting and Partner engagement.
- To achieve the targets given M-O-M as started in Annexture-1
- Any additional responsibility which deems fit by the senior management to be allocated to you from time to time
