Avenue Supermarts - Sales Role - General Trade - FMCG Execution - DMart (7-14 yrs)
- The role holder will be responsible for managing the FMCG Execution team comprising of officers and Assistant Managers, for the area assigned.
- He will be responsible for handling an entire circle of FMCG segment approx 12-15 stores. Will be responsible for conducting classroom training and On-The- Job training for the team of officers and Assistant Managers. Groom and develop the team members reporting into him.
- The role holder will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of the top selling products, price, offers and promotions in the assigned stores. Manage product assortment Hygiene and Price Hygiene.
- He will need to continuously visit the stores in his area, manage and resolve store related issues. Has to ensure availability and visibility of the products, adherence to set processes and highlight deviations if any.
- Meet vendors and negotiate best prices and offers.
- Ensure promoter availability in stores, manage promoter queries and issues, stock management, DSD.
- Manage Supply related issues with DC / Warehouse.
- The role holder will need to ensure availability of stock in the coordination with the integration team.
- Manage Manpower & related issues and co-ordinate with Circle Head to ensure seamless execution of FMCG.
Preferred FMCG background with experience into Sales with General Trade.
