AvaxPRO Tech - Manager/Executive - ERP Sales (1-4 yrs)

1. To establish new, and to follow up and develop existing business opportunities for ERP product.

2. To develop and implement a clear and coherent strategy for the generation of revenue generating opportunities.

3. Formulate an overall business development strategy in conjunction with company management.

4. Establish and maintain a digital customer and prospect database.

5. Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed sales targets, budgets and timescales.

6. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.

7. Maintain and develop existing and new customers.

8. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

9. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

10.Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

11. Generate new leads, developing sales contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding & pitching to prospects, having face to face meeting and involving higher management for closure.

12. Achieve business targets given by management.


Required Experience and Qualifications


1. B.Sc(IT) / BCA/ B.E ( Computers) + MBA in Marketing.


2. 1 to 3 years of experience in Software product sales / ERP Sales


Candidate Skills:


1. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, networking and relationship building skills


2. Confident, mature and self-motivated


3. Convincing background and proven ability to generate business opportunities


4. Computer literate with good understanding of basic software tools.


5. Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and ideally Access or similar database to basic level,

Internet, Active on Social Media and email.


6. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.


7. Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.


8. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
