Avalon Global Research - Analyst - Social Media Research (1-3 yrs)
Social Media Research Analyst
Essential Skills :
- A good understanding of all social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, YouTube and Instagram
- Solid command over the English Language and good grammar
- Ability to craft and write communication and messages in correct and polite language
- Proficiency in MS Office with special focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of chart making and data representation
- Real time availability and ability to think on one's feet
Overall Responsibilities :
- Use of social media tracker and tools
- Social media management of pages
- Customer response and escalation
- Analytics and report writing
- Client coordination
- Weekdays plus one weekend working per month including Sunday
Experience and Qualification :
- Prior experience with Social media management of one year or more will be preferred
- Freshers can apply if they have a good understanding of Social Media and are proficient in MS Office
- English, Mass Com. streams are preferred but the stream is no bar for application
- Minimum qualification is graduation
