Auxilo Finserve - Executive - Customer Support (0-4 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Connecting with the leads and giving them downloads about the product
2. Handling inbound and outbound calls to share the details as per the client's requirement
3. Engaging from sanctioning the education loan to disbursement of the loan, thus completing the process
4. Interacting with interested clients, pitching and presenting the company basis call
Required :
1. Spoken English is a must
2. Education - undergraduate (graduation not required)
