Role :

- To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first-class customer service.

- Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities

Responsibilities :

- To achieve KPI and targets set by Team Manager.

- To ensure that each customer receives a high-quality experience of professional service thus achieving your call quality targets.

Languages Preferred : Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam & Telugu

Shift : General Shift
