Automation Anywhere - Manager - Partner Sales (8-15 yrs)

We are currently looking for a Partner Manager. The Partner Manager will lead the Partner sales business with full responsibility for the profitable growth of that line of business for the company. The individual will Manage the Partner to drive share growth in the assigned channel while meeting and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be required to drive growth in the assigned channel, sustain high levels of customer satisfaction whilst planning, forecasting and managing consistent long-term profitable channel growth. This position manages the sales channels and coordinates with internal departments the related marketing and selling activities to achieve company revenue goals. This position is responsible for the revenue from new and existing Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Partner Manager will be responsible for directly targeting new and existing partners, building a shared vision and partner plan, as well as driving standards adoption leading to joint engagement with the current direct sales teams

- Develops and executes short- and long-term channel business plans

- Manage revenue targets, marketing campaigns and field engagement

- Produces accurate forecasts for channel financial objectives

- Enable sales and technical capability within the partners

- Create visibility and traction for the company within all levels of channel partner organization

- Drive and engage with the sales team to work on/support partner driven opportunities

- Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness

- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner

- Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business

- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities

- Spot Sales opportunities across different companies that are similar to existing partner companies

- Travel to tradeshows, events, and conventions. Network with attendees, and promote company products and services

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. 9-11 years- experience

2. Have hybrid experience in Direct Sales with large Enterprise customers, Indian conglomerates, and working with Large SI partners ( Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. ) or BIG 4 advisory firms.

3. Managed complex deals

4. Built and managed large SI partnerships for a couple of years

5. Preferably from OEM's background with software / solution sales experience

6. Excellent oral and written communication Skills in English.

7. Highly motivated, organized self-starter

8. Ability to connect at C-level

9. Knowledge of Automation a bonus

10. Role requires to travel

11. Location :Mumbai
