Can you learn the skill and mentor your juniors in future?

Do you have Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies and translate its usage for custiomers?

If yes, we'd love to chat with you! Sales at Autodit is exciting. You will be constantly conversing with other tech startups, selling to their founders and leadership teams. You will help these companies inspire confidence with their customers, and close more deals through our security and compliance software.

Ultimately, you will help make security more accessible to fast-growing companies.

- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.

- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market

- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting

- Be the face of Autodit, and pitch the company and our products to the prospects

- Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects

- Understand client needs and provide them with solutions to meet those needs

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

- Attend trade shows and other events to represent the company

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Exceptional communication and time management skills

- International sales exposure

- Prior work experience in SaaS companies is a plus

- Ultimately customer-focused, and care about making them successful

- A self-starter and find what to work on, teach yourself whatever you need in order to get things done

- Hungry, with a strong bias towards action

- Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven

- Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively
