We have openings for BDA, BDE, TL & BDM
According to the experience, the position will be given
Roles & Responsbilities :
BDA/BDE: Lead will be given by the company they have to make a call and explain the services and close the deal
TL/BDM: have to handle the team (Target bases for all the candidates. target will depend on the salary and their experience)
On Job Training (OJT)
- We are having 7 Days On Job Training, 1st Day will be the product Training after the next 6 days you have to do the 2 sales
- As soon as you clear the 2 sales then your payroll will start from the company
- In the Training period salary will not count
- Company will Provide the leads, if you want to do it from your reference also you can Sell the subscription to Your reference
- If u perform well in the Training period management will increase the salary
- We are having a training session tomorrow if u want you can join from tomorrow
- If you are ready to join tomorrow, by today evening I'll send the Conditional joining offer letter
That is your joining purpose offer letter and once you have completed the training then you will get the final appointment letter
