WizIQ provides SaaS based solution to colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporates to teach their students/employees/partners/customers online. WizIQ is looking for talented support representatives to demonstrate product online, resolve tech issues faced by the customers and answer their queries. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a technical background with excellent communication, troubleshooting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

- Customer support for SaaS based products.

- Demonstration of products to customers

- Responding to customer queries through chat, voice, skype or email.

- Analysis and debugging of Software issues.

- Proficient in basic Os trouble shooting.

- Knowledge of SQL

- Helping customers to integrate WizIQ with their existing software using API.

- Working directly with Engineering team to reproduce and resolve customer issues

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

- Expert level presentations and demonstration skills.

- Excellent analysis, debugging and troubleshooting skills, and persistence in problem-solving.

- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.

- Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, integrity, and enthusiasm. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

- Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)

- Experience in chat, voice and email support.
