AuthBridge - Internal Communications Specialist (2-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Community building on the internal communications platform
- Preparing internal communication strategy and calendar in sync with organizational objectives
- Writing new-age content to pull in stakeholders across verticals and levels
- Giving clear briefs to graphic designers to generate visually impactful content
- Creating measurable impact in terms of improved employee engagement, and better employee retention
- Understanding available tools and using them to generate maximum impact for the internal communication strategy
- Liaising with the HR stakeholders in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate
- Ensuring consistency of output in terms of messaging, branding, imagery, etc.
Experience - 3-6 years
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Communication/Media/English Literature/MBA
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated previous experience in writing
