Job Description :


- At Incentivate, we are a bunch of enthusiasts, pretty good at convincing and as a result growing at the rate of knots. Over the past year, we have managed to set up a fully functional marketing team and are now looking for star solutions consultants. Over the next few months, we aim to be armed with a salesforce hunting for clients globally and are on the lookout for potential leaders who love storytelling, setting things up from scratch, and designing & presenting to folks globally.


- You come with great communication and good business acumen as you will be collaborating with senior leaders in enterprise organizations, understanding their problems, and developing solutions with the help of the leadership team. You will be actively involved in researching different industries and executing go-to-market strategies.

Roles and responsibilities :


- Be the face of the organization and represent our ethos to the customer


- Work closely with customers, and collaborate with them to understand the business problems they are facing


- Work closely with sales team to design, execute and own outreach campaigns for lead generation through LinkedIn, social media and email channels


- Work closely with the sales team to design solutions and position them in the right way for prospective clients


- Work with the tech delivery to design custom demos for potential clients


- Follow up with prospective clients in regard to their requirements, and feedback on proposals


- Own the RFP process while interacting with enterprise clients


- Lead and execute new initiatives with the Sales and Marketing team


- Own up go-to-market strategy and collaborate with the marketing team from an outreach/execution standpoint


- Articulate the companys technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users


- Product trials and Proof of Concept management


- Initial product/solution presentation and demonstration


Required Skills and Qualifications :


- 2-4 years of experience


- Good understanding of the technology landscape


- B2B exposure is a plus


- Prior experience generating leads in enterprise space


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills


- Excellent with MS business suite


- Sharp eye for details


- Research mindset to learn about new industries and business models
