Aurochs Software - Executive - Marketing (1-2 yrs)
Lead Generation & Research :
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
- Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements
- Provide engaging and articulate information about Aurochs- value proposition to potential customers
- Research local, regional, national & global healthcare industries to accurately Identify and generate prospects and leads
- Research on people working in the healthcare industry and update decision-maker records on a timely basis
Digital Marketing :
- Managing SEM/ SEO/Google Adwords/ PPC/ Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Brand marketing, marketing automation, Analytical Tools, marketing data management, keywords targeting, optimization based on data-driven strategies
- Making Strategy, Proposals, and Setup Campaign
- Design and execute online marketing activities
- Analyze Google Analytics data and coordinate marketing activities to improve
- Contribute content to the company LinkedIn page and other social media channels
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement
- Manage cold-email outreach
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing of multimedia content and marketing materials along with management of website content
- Manage Content & SEO marketing efforts
- Keeping a track of current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance company brand
- Managing all the company's social media handles
- Organizing the distribution of promotional content and Press Release through various channels
- Assist in organizing promotional events
- Organizing records of all the marketing material and results of the past campaigns
- Brainstorming new and creative marketing strategies
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree (Any Field)
- Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years- experience in sales management
- Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Highly organized with a good approach to tasks
- Understanding of B2B business model
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Content creation, graphics designing, video editing a plus
