Job overview:

We are looking to hire a content specialist to create engaging and persuasive content for blogs, articles, social media, and websites and address content requirements from external teams. This will include thorough research on construction industry-related topics, proofreading, and reviews with an acumen for writing. You will also be responsible for ensuring that both internal and external communications have a consistent brand voice and identity. Responsibilities and duties:

- Plan and manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content requirements.

- Create SEO-optimized content for search engines and social media platforms to drive organictraffic and enhance online visibility. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements

- Collaborate with external writers to deliver well-researched content that is factually accurate,informative, engaging, and free of grammatical errors

- Should have expertise in implementing SEO best practices to craft creative copy that includes effective keyword placement.

- Must be adept in editing, proofreading, and analyzing content received from the writers to prepare well-structured drafts and publish quality content

- Collaborate with the design production team to ensure timely delivery of collaterals. Thisincludes publishing assets on the website, sales platforms, and content amplification campaigns as required.

- Support the demand generation team with compelling content for email campaigns and newsletters while monitoring performance.

- Understand the competitive differentiations of the product and articulate the same in all assets.

- Coordinate and manage internal and external communication

- Maintain the content style guide and ensure that content generated, both internal and external,uses one brand voice and strengthens Aurigo's brand identity consistently.

Qualifications :

- At least five to seven years of agency experience or content writing, sales enablement, product marketing, or in a similar role, preferably at an established B2B SaaS firm

- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

- Experience creating easily understood content from a complex, technical product suite

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a good command of American English.

- Ability to interact with cross-country teams and set delivery expectations

- Capability to visualize content from a design production angle will be a valuable skill to have

- Expertise in MS Office and other content management systems

- A degree in writing, creative writing, English, journalism, mass communication, and media studies would be a plus.
