Who are we looking for?

We believe that great companies are built by amazing people. We are looking for a Director/VP of sales who can be part of our team and be responsible for SAAS and enterprise sales and partner with organizations & associations (including PE Funds, Business brokers, Advisory/M&A networks etc.). As a Director/VP of Sales, you would be responsible for building long-term relationships and referrals with potential clients in the investment banking sector, establishing, and continuing relationships with primary alliance partners, and identifying new market and growth opportunities to build strong sales pipeline. You would also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior sales executives and achieving sales targets across SaaS and license businesses.

What do we need from you?

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Growth, Sales & Business development with enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions.

- Enterprise Solution and SAAS selling experience is a must.

- Excellent communications skills

- Working in direct conjunction with the CEO/Founders regularly to scale the business and meet targets

- Proven experience in working within target-driven business/sales development representative teams for providers of B2B enterprise software solutions.

- Ability to assess client requirements

- Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities.

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self- motivated individuals succeed

- Build and lead the sales team and growth function, in a fun and rewarding manner.

- Prior experience in building an outbound and leading end-to-end sales function in a B2B SaaS start-up

- Proven track record of building and maturing BDR/SDR outbound teams in B2B SaaS.

- End-to-end ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating, and closing high-value opportunities positioning our SaaS Platform to Enterprise Clients

Good to have : 

- Passion, drive, and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients.

- Ability to handle & close large deals leaping over million dollars in B2B SaaS

- Prior working or studying experience in the US or Europe is a plus

- Sales/ Account Management experience in fintech or start-ups is a plus.
