ABOUT AUPTIMO : 

Auptimo's founders started 5 years ago with a vision to help clinicians in an effective rehabilitation of lower-body musculoskeletal injuries in patients. Our products are now used globally by 150+ Physiotherapists and Orthopaedics in injury management of general patients and performance enhancement of athletes up to the Olympic level!

We are the pioneer of - Biomechanical Analysis- products in India and are working with globally recognized organizations including the Indian Army, Border Security Forces, Adidas, Max Hospital, Princeton Longevity Centre, etc.

We are looking to add a Sales Development Representative to our team to drive sales for our products across the Indian and international markets. The job will involve daily interaction with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare-academic institutions. This is a unique opportunity to work directly under the co-founders and build a network with top-level executives of healthcare institutions.

You will be responsible for :

1. Generate leads in-and-outside India through Conferences, Linked In, Practo, and other channels.

2. Communicate with inbound & outbound leads through cold calls, emails, in-person visits, etc., and provide them the relevant product information.

3. Explain the product functioning to potential customers through online/in-person product demonstrations.

4. Use strong selling and negotiation skills to close deals with prospects.

5. Prepare Quotations, Invoices, and other documents involved in the sales process.

6. Work closely with management for sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

7. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

8. Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts.

9. Suggest improvements in existing company products on basis of queries, feedback, and expectations of leads/prospects.

10. Analyze competitor products and recommend advancements in current company product features.

11. Attend in-house training, vendor training, etc. to understand and be updated with all Auptimo products.

Our Ideal Sales Development Representatives will have :

1. 1 to 3 years of Experience in Sales and a Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from an accredited institution.

2. Previous Experience in SaaS Sales or Sales to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, etc. preferred

3. Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.

4. Proficiency in written and spoken English

5. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

6. Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.

7. Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.

8. Interested in pursuing a career in the field of technology.

9. Strong PC skills with Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets

10. Brownie points to knowledge of human anatomy, skeletal and muscular systems.

11. Comfortable in traveling pan-India for meetings, conferences if needed.

Compensation: Rs. 25,000 per month to Rs. 45,000 per month

Timings : 6days/week
