About The Role : 


- We are looking for a marketing executive who is enthusiastic about learning and driving PR & brand initiatives for the brand. The potential candidate will closely work with the brand manager to ideate on concepts, coordinate the execution of marketing collateral with the agency, and ensure that all work is completed on time. Additionally, he or she would be responsible for social media strategy, content creation across platforms, and conceptualization of topics relevant to the brand. Further, he or she would ensure the smooth delivery of collateral for the events between the agency and print vendors.

Key Responsibilities : 


- Closely work with brand manager on day-to-day social media activities and manage social media pages Coordinate with the marketing agency & align tasks with them on day-to-day basis

- Keep up to date with the latest trends in healthcare technology and help in ideating on concepts for creating a strong global brand identity

- Coordinate with the event agencies and other vendors to make sure all marketing deliverables meet the timelines Conduct user research and observe their shift in behavior

- Communicate with the sales team to find out user demands and ensure all marketing communication stands with it

- Regularly monitor market & competitive landscape to evaluate existing and upcoming opportunities

- Create concepts for performance marketing ad copies, video scripts, and other brand marketing initiatives

Basic Qualification : 


- Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising or marketing

- Bachelor's degree in communication/marketing (Master's degree is a plus)

- Excellent research and content writing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Proactive in taking initiatives and simplifying team communication

- Experience in the development, management, and successful execution of collateral is a plus

Preferred Qualification : Experience in working with a marketing agency Experience in handling social media pages Knowledge of writing ad copies for various marketing channels
