Mandatory Qualification : BE|BTech (Chemical)| BSc (Chemistry), MBA Marketing
Candidates having experience in Bulk Chemicals and intermediates only apply
1. Achieve budgeted target with timely collection and identify new customers from existing and new geographies across all product groups
2. Manage volume products and ensure minimum inventory
3. Closely monitor inventory to ensure finished goods inventory ageing beyond three months is zero
4. Provide customer delight in terms of timely delivery, creation of stock points, required packing and quality products
5. Visit and obtain customer feedback on how effectively the products are reaching to them
6. Create database (of evaluation) from competitors of existing products and build healthy relations with them
7. Improve company's packaging by examining competitors' strategy on packaging and comparing it with company's packaging SOPs
8. Identify newer applications of existing products by co-coordinating with our R&D
9. Perform the role of a people manager
