Key Job Responsibilities :

- Experience in sales/ retention/ up selling/ insurance. ( Not mandatory)

- To call the customers and inform them regarding pending premiums of their Insurance Policy.

- Retaining the existing customers

Desired Candidate :

- Proficiency in Regional Languages - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Marathi, Bengali, and Malayalam with will be highly preferred.

- Candidate should have good communication skills with convincing ability.

- Amicable and team player.

- Customer Focused.

- Exposure to dialer, CRM and related tools/ software will be considered
