Job Purpose:

An Ideal Business Development/Customer relationship opportunity to deploy your Business Development and Marketing Skills with leading real estate design company - Expertise.

Responsibilities:

- To Identify, evaluate, and implement new lucrative business propositions.

- Prospecting and understanding new client's requirements.

- Presenting the designs and quotations to clients.

- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of New Client Acquisition, number of projects and value and build a robust pipeline of Business Leads

- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships

- Organizing requisite documentation and following up on site installation and supervision

- Ensure that the client is involved and engaged throughout the designing and execution process thereby ensuring that they are getting what they desired

- Be part of the Project Team at pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure.

- To manage Digital marketing & social media platforms.

- Creating creative for marketing purposes. Though in case required external agency can be involved

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Should have experience in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, colour, etc.

- Graduates, preferably (MBA) / Postgraduate in any field, preferably Interior Designing and Architecture with 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the high end interiors industry

- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities

- Knowledge & Experience in Large Corporate / Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects

- Should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship

- Sales closure skills.

- Should be well versatile with graphics software & MS word. AutoCAD handling will be an added advantage.
