ATS Infrastructure - Executive - Telesales (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls and understand customers requirements, i.e., budget, location of interest, residential or commercial project they would require.
- Must be comfortable in making 100+ calls in a day to get an appointment.
- Preference to candidates with Real estate background.
- Prior sales experience is a must.
- To gauge what a prospective customer really wants and act accordingly. Determine clients- needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Checking the fitment of the customers and assisting them to have a better understanding about our projects.
- Should have good knowledge of qualifying questions (Questions you should ask your buyer) in order to have concrete pipeline.
- Should have sound knowledge of how to fix meetings or propose customers for site visit or to get appointments.
- Prospecting genuine customers and ability to overcome customer objections.
- Should be confident in explaining benefits of projects/products and ATS as a Brand.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Familiarity with MS Office
