Position : Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - Mumbai (National level)

Role Purpose :

1. Setting up Atomberg's presence in national chains of Modern Trade

2. Planning and delivering sales numbers for the national accounts of MT at Pan-India level.

Role responsibilities :

Key Account Management :

- Planning and finalizing business strategy for the Key National accounts for business growth and increased category share

- TOT negotiation, discussion and closure with the specific National Accounts on yearly basis in coordination with the NSM

- Facilitating commercial reconciliation of national and regional accounts.

Key Account Relationship and Target Review :

- Prepare Joint Business Plan with Key National Accounts to set the Account wise objective for the current financial year and develop the tools to achieve the same

- Review of performance with National chains on Quarterly basis to analyze current performance basis plan and incorporate changes if required in yearly plans.

Sales Promotion Planning :

- Planning internal marketing calendars of Promotions, Activations and New Product introduction and aligning the same with chains and ensuring implementation through Sales Operation Team

- Internal Alignment with the Trade marketing team to ensure our brand objective always gets achieved in Modern trade accounts

Role essentials :

- First-principles thinking : Actively questioning every assumption then creating new knowledge and solutions from scratch.


- Ambiguity : Ability to work in an unstructured setup.

- Attitude : Right attitude to roll up the sleeves and be hands-on.

- Complexity : Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Detail Orientation : Ability to pay close attention and notice minor details.

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of Modern Trade experience after MBA from Top B schools.

Location : Mumbai (PAN India Level)
