Atlys - Influencer Marketer Role (2-5 yrs)

Overview : We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Influencer Marketer to join our team. As an Influencer Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with our content, social media, and PR teams, as well as external influencers and partners.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences

- Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers and partners across various channels, such as social media, blogs, and podcasts

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and pitch creative campaign ideas that integrate influencers and partners

- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and budgets with influencers and partners

- Create content and assets (e.g., influencer briefs, creative briefs, guidelines, etc.) that enable influencers and partners to effectively promote our brand and products

- Track and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI

- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies related to influencer marketing

- Monitor and address any issues related to influencer partnerships, such as brand safety, compliance, and reputation management

- Setup the influencer marketing channel to drive traffic and conversion to Atlys' product

- Scout and On-board Micro, Small and Medium-sized influencers

- Iterate and experiment fast to achieve growth results and the desired ROI. Then scale the playbook and thus learnt

- Manage Social Media Presence across Instagram and YouTube to drive organic traffic

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing

- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and ROI

- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, platforms, and technologies

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Passion for social media, content marketing, and the influencer landscape
