Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns through our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for email and WhatsApp communications.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights for optimization.
- Segment customer lists based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to personalize marketing communications.
- Conduct A/B testing on email and WhatsApp campaigns to optimize messaging and design.
- Assist in maintaining CRM data integrity, including updating contact information and managing subscription preferences.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
