Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing students/parents to inform them about various courses
- Drive all activities to ensure adequate enquiry generation to meet student admission targets
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with prospective students.
- Follow up interactions over email and calls with potential students to ensure their participation in admission-related processes as per the course requirement.
- Proactively follow-up with student to increase conversion of final enrolment.
- Keep records of calls and note useful information
- Support the student outreach and admissions strategy to broaden awareness; and increase
- The visibility across a wider audience for programs
Desired Profile:
- University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in Outbound and cold calling
- Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills
- Demonstrates a self-starter attitude towards accomplishing tasks
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Personal accountability for achieving high quality outcomes
- Go-getter with focus on Goal Achievement
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines
