Job Requirements :

- Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant qualifications

- At least 2 years of BD support experience preferably in selling Enterprise Market Research / Market Intelligence / Investment Research.

- Knowledge in sectors like Infrastructure, Energy & Sustainability, Health, Gender, Education & Skills, Trade and Competitiveness is highly desirable.

- Excellent oral & written communication skills.

- Excellent Client Management Skills.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Provide assistance to the Business Research team in creating a go-to-market strategy for all its services and product offerings.

- Responsible for expanding the client base in domestic / International market and to ensure revenue generation/sales.

- Should be capable of generating leads through data accumulation & must have an excellent track record of client acquisition through Lead generation.

- Interact with CXOs at leading Private & Government institutions and sell Industry Research, Research Products and Research-on-Demand (ROD) services.

- Coordinate with the research team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Provide assistance to the business development team in tracking opportunities from different portals and other business leads

- Maintain up to date business development collateral including corporate profiles, CVs of staff/associates, profiles of partner firms

- Maintain Athena contacts (sector/domain/level wise)and update them periodically

- Participate in BD review meetings and prepare requisite periodical reports for management review

- Willingness to relocate to Chennai is essential and interest in working in a start-up environment is preferred.
