Job Title : Technical Manager / Product / Delivery Manager

Job Location : Hyderabad

Position : Full Time

Job Overview :

- We are looking for experienced Technical Manager / Product Delivery Manager who would lead a team of highly skilled trainers responsible to develop cutting edge content in emerging technologies and deliver with passion. The job also involves rolling out domain specific training by understanding market needs taking ownership of delivery capability, faculty readiness, Training schedules, customer satisfaction etc.,

Roles & Responsibilities :


- Must be confident, self-motivated & should be willing to work hard to achieve technical training BU goals

- Responsible for Faculty hiring, Faculty Development & Certification

- Pre-class engagement & know your learners to improve the learning experience of trainers

- Project management and support throughout the course journey

- Enable successful completion of the course by the participants

- Motivated and focused individual, relentless to achieve set targets

- Roll out Technology training programs based on market needs

- Liaison with Technology / product organizations to bring authorized training content and delivery

Qualifications :


- Any Bachelor's Degree, with 5- 6 years of Training / L&D experience

Job Description for Technical Sales Manager/Delivery Manager :

Job Overview :


- We are looking for a high- performing Sales Manager to be responsible selling domain specific training to university students, working professionals and corporate customers, to help us meet revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans, leading a team of Inside Sales executives

Roles & Responsibilities :


- Must be confident, self-motivated & should be willing to work hard to achieve sales targets, considering the position would be on Sales quota plan.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands student enrollment base.

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting student/parent relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Identify new markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
