Client Service Manager
A Client Service Manager is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks including interacting with customers over the phone throughout all of these interactions Client Service Manager must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible. Each interaction affects the company's bottom line in either a positive or negative way, so a great Customer Service Representative must add value to the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. The client service manager is responsible for ensuring productivity, efficiency and profitability of organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
2. Take full ownership of keeping the designated clients to keep them hooked to the solution provided by the company.
3. Connect with the clinic before the commencement of their shifts.
4. Provide basic technical support and in case unable to resolve, transfer the issue to the right team.
5. Report on the tech support team, strategy group activities to senior management colleagues.
6. Speak to key clients and get them started with the product.
7. Update the status of our client.
8. Assist the client in managing the product and developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
9. Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
10. Asking the right set of questions, active listening and reading-between-the-lines to identify and prevent the client's problems.
11. Develop and update client's queries related reports on a daily basis.
12. Prepare a list of doctors the operations executive needs to visit by working with senior members.
13. Collaborate with the tech support team to enable the growth of the business.
