AstroTalk - Manager - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
- Astrotalk is an online platform for astrology consultation. Users who want to talk to an astrologer may connect over a call or chat with them live and talk to them about anything. The subject could be anything from marriage or love life to career or health.
Key responsibilities :
1. Handling the Team of more than 12 executives across different shifts 24- 7
- Managing their rosters
- Ensuring the team's quality & performance
- Mentoring & Training the team
- Creating daily/weekly reports and team metrics using excel/google sheets
2. Support organizational goals through operations process improvements and implementation
3. Handling partner/customer escalations via call/chat whenever required
4. Analyzing & Auditing tickets raised by Partners/Customers and conduct weekly RCA
Skill required :
- Team Management
- Quick Learner
- Google Sheet/Excel
- Good Communication (English as well as Hindi)
- Analytical skills & Approach
- 1-3 years experience in team handling
