- Managing the implementation of the performance management framework and activities in the organization.
- Formulation of KRAs & Goal setting for each employee in line with business goals for Sales & Marketing Vertical.
- Driving performance feedback process & effectiveness on quarterly basis
- KI Briefing for all positions level wise across divisions
- Conducting root cause analysis on gaps impacting KI process effectiveness to business in collaboration with Sales Ops, Marketing & IT
- KRA review and preparation of Variable payouts based on scorecards division wise
- Identification of Individual Developmental needs related to PMS
- Coordinating for the implementation of processes for improvement of performance management activities and provide status updates
- Design & implementation of new PMS Initiatives
- Employee engagement through PMS & reward initiatives.
