AstorMueller - Senior Ecommerce Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for a hard-working, goal-oriented team player who will play a critical role in building our brand across eCommerce Marketplaces for our premium footwear brands. Someone who is a go-getter.

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the Ecom sales, growth, and account management of market places.

- Management of own brand eStore & third-party online players such as Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc) including end-to-end day-to-day operations and relationship management with the partners.

- Co-ordinating with marketplace teams for new launches, campaigns, product placement and visibility, ROIs to match the targets.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the campaigns are in sync where needed.

- Work with Catalog & Content Team to provide best-in-class catalog experience with A+ content, accurate & engaging content and thus enhancing user experience

- Optimizing campaigns & budgets regularly across channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met.

- Monitoring Stock Ageing / Slow Moving SKUs with each partner and driving actions to ensure zero loss.Analyze performance, insights, and optimizations on a periodic basis & periodic report to the board on performance

- Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings. What's selling and what's working for a marketing push.

- Maintaining catalog, timely updates, launching new products, listing, price management.

Skills :

- Proven track record of managing marketplaces with 3-7 years of hands-on sales experience with merchandising and buying background.

- High on commercial, negotiation as well as strategic orientation

- Strong people management; builds capability and coaches team members

- High level of communication skills both verbal and written

- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship skills

- Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced team environment; prepares to roll up sleeves. Must have a high growth mindset

- Energetic, engaging, and solution approach.
