Job Location: Andheri ( East) Mumbai
Position: Telecaller CSA( Customer Service associate) Day Shift
Job Description: Telecaller ( Domestic Inbound and Out bound Tele Customer support)
Salary: Up to Rs 18000 Per Month to 21000 Per Month
What CSA Tellecaller has to DO :
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services
- Take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Skills and Qualifications :
- HSC PASS
- Min 1 year into voice process experience.
- Excellent communications skills
- Shift timing- 8am to 5pm, 10am to 7pm, 12pm to 9 pm (Only day)
- Week off- Between Mon. to Friday (only one)
- Day Shift Only
