Responsibilities and Duties
1.Calling on leads and data provided by the client
2.Close leads to develop business from different sources
3.Ensuring daily targets being met in terms of dial outs and login hours
4.Follow-up daily calls to maintain client relationships to incubate business
5.Maintain reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
6.Making outbound calls for hot leads
7.Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with client.
8.Follow up with incoming leads.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications: 12+ (minimum)
Experience: 0-1 year
Skills: Zero MTI
Good communication (Hindi/English)
Quantitative Skills :
- Patience/Perseverance/Persistence
- Customer Service Orientation
Knowledge : Basic proficiency on computers.
