Associate - Telecaller (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for an energetic young individual who understands customer requirements and can convince them to purchase via tele-calling.
- The person will be responsible for reaching out to our 50,000+ (and growing) retailer base in both outbound and inbound manner. He should be able to solve retailer queries and help them place an order on the Uniket platform.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- A strong interest in the Retail/e-commerce sector, brand awareness, retail trends, brands that sell in Tier-2,3 stores etc.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone, cold calling and customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
