Job Description :
- Interact with potential/prospective students and their parents through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to inform them about the relevant program to provide information about program features and their benefits. Calling & Following up with potential students and parents. Understand Students interest and expectations and pitch a suitable program.
- Generate qualified leads, provide complete information about courses / programs, assisting in the admissions decision-making process. Guiding prospective students and their parents through the application and enrollment process.
- Source new student admissions opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-admissions processes. Follow up with a clear and effective approach, to convince Students and Parents and help him to decide.
- Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects and make new admissions.
- Maintaining a detailed record of all the interaction.
