Associate/Team Leader - Retail Sales (2-8 yrs)
We are hiring professional for a subject role of Team Leader(Sales Associate) with Retail experience of handling Multiple Stores with Good Team Building Spirit, Managerial Skills & one who is having a hold on maintaining Stock / Inventory & Shrinkage control for Kerala location.
Desired Skills
- Identify and open new stores, negotiate terms etc.
- Service the needs of existing retail stores and build relationship with key stakeholders
- Lead by example and demonstrate sampling and customer interaction to team on shop floor
- Increase sales of company's products through new strategies & various routes to market
- Compile and analyze sales figures on daily basis
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
MUST :-
- Graduate
- Age upto 28 years
- Should have handled a minimum business of 60 lac -80 Lac per month
- 2 -3 years experience on a Team leader level
- Should have handled a Team Size of at least 10 members
- Should have Min.5 years experience in Retail
- This role requires extensive travelling across the city, candidate who are willing to travel must only apply.
