Associate - Strategic Alliances/Business Partnerships - Executive Search Firm (2-4 yrs)
What You'll Do :
- Meet with leaders in the online recruitment space to partner with Round One
- Find potential strategic partners
- Develop Pitch collateral
- Pitch Round One's product and service to potential strategic partners
- Follow up with potential partners and negotiate partnership deals
What you'll need :
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Powerpoint skills
- Previous experience working with startups / job portals / recruitment / training companies
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in business development
- Bachelors from Top Tier University
