About the Job :

Designation : Social Media Associate

(Only for people based out of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & MMRDA region only) Outside candidates strictly NO NEED TO APPLY

You will be part of the Social media team


Responsibilities :


- Conduct research on current benchmark trends as well as audience preferences.


- Create and implement social media strategies.


- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.


- Meet Target and monitor all Social Media channels.


- Communicate with social media followers,respond to queries in timely manner & keep track of customer feedback.


- Make certain that brand consistency is maintained across all social media channels.


- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.


- Keeping up with current trends and technologies.


- Extensive experience with social media platforms like GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter,& Facebook


- Basic knowledge of software design


- Capability to use social media for brand awareness and impressions.


- Outstanding critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem- solving abilities.


- Effectively manage all social media accounts and implement social media solutions for allocated clients (posting updates, creatives, responses, and everything related to it).

Produce & publish engaging content across social media.


- Create content across formats {long form, posts, videos, podcasts, static images) either directly or through internal and external team members.


- Ideate, implement, and manage social media strategies to build stronger brand awareness and engagement.


- Develop content strategies to drive engagement, Organic growth, and reach to the platform.


- Ensure smooth coordination internally with managers, the design team and the copy team to create high-quality and engaging content.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and practices.


- Should be able to foresee the upcoming social media trends and current affairs to propose viral ideas to the company and clients.


- Develop platform-specific organic social media strategies.


- Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks.


- Coordinate with internal teams to create posts (e.g. for events, product releases, etc).


- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).


- Collaborate with the Marketing Head and Branding Team, monitor and manage social media channels during crisis/sensitive situations. This may require work outside of standard office hours.


- Oversee the responses to questions and comments on social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.


- Be active on social media stories for every client that he or she is handling


- Knowledge of social media insights tools will be great


- Resharing & reposting are to be taken care of


Requirements :


Education : Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, or a relevant field


Experience : Minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing Agency/Social Media Marketing Agency having experience in handling social media campaigns and handles.


Skills :


- Excellent verbal and written communication


- Fluent English and strong writing skills


- Knowledge of social media tools


- Able to present ideas


- Take responsibility for team performance


- Keep up with the social media trends

The candidate should have their own laptop.

Working Days :Monday to Friday. ( 5 days a week )
