Job Description: Sell life insurance, property & casualty, medical, automotive, or other types of insurance products related to regional sales (Dubai). May refer clients to independent brokers, or be employed by an insurance company

Operational Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer phone calls and listen to customers- questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses

- Provide information about products and services

- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company

- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

- Review or update customer accounts

- Handle activities pertaining to payment process, policy issuance and cancellations

- Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans

- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and work on leads list flowing from Bank to provider of prospective clients

- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, fire, life, property and medical

- Languages Known - Arabic, Tagalog, English, Hindi, Urdu & South Indian Languages

- Interpersonal skills

- Listening skills

- Problem-solving with attention to detail and accuracy

- Customer service orientation

Knowledge/Experience:

- Should have basic Insurance knowledge wrt. Property & Casualty, Medical & Life Insurance

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook

- Advanced keyboard skills and ability to produce own correspondence and documentation

- Good Communication & Analytical skills

Qualifications:Bachelor Degree (10+2+3 Years Education)

Experience : Minimum 1 year BFSI Sector experience
