Job Description :

Were looking for folks who are extremely excited about helping our customers through different channels of communication including: email, phone, chat, forums and social media such as Twitter. We are not looking for folks who might consider this to be another call center job in the market (because it wont be!!)

What is the primary KRA- (Scope of Work)

1: Answer all questions related to our products, services and situations across channels

2: Help, Educate and empower our customers and can solve for their requirements

3: Own the customers experience and work to exceed their expectations. Treat customers as you would treat a guest in your own home (hopefully even better!!)

4: Proactively look for solutions to problems"

What is the secondary KRA (Scope of Work)

1: Propose improvements if something could work better

2: Proactively provide feedback to internal teams that helps to improve [your product or service] and create a better customer experience"

Experience in number of years-

6 month to 2 years - Consultant

2 to 5 years - Senior Consultant

Work Experience-

- Should have worked in a voice process in insurance company ( general insurance will be an added advantage)

- Should have handled a combination of voice/ chat and email process across other industries if not from insurance background.

Know How:

1: You love talking to people and can do so in English and Hindi (the ability to do so in a 3rd language is a bonus!!)

2: You can write simple, understandable and concise English

3: You have an ability to explain complex issues in beautifully simple terms

4: You're able to empathize with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about them

5: Youre able to make decisions, solve problems and ask the right questions

6: Youre a team player that can follow and lead as situations dictate

7: Youre able to plan, organize, and prioritize work - this role wears many hats!

8: Should be open to work in any shifts"

Technology Known:

Any customer interface application

Good to haves:

1: Adapt to various work allocated

2: Ability to go the extra mile to understand the industry

3: Available during required time
