Job summary

Customer service is an extremely important part of maintaining ongoing client relationships that are key to continuing revenue, as a customer support you have to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to the customers and communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

Entry requirements

- Requires candidates who have excellent oral and written communication

- A candidate who insist to make career in customer service

Typical work activities

- Stay current with system information, changes and updates

- Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.

- Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.

- Replying to customers for their queries through E-mail and over telephone

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;

- Effective listening skills;

- Multi-tasking capabilities;

- Problem Solving, Verbal Communication, telephone etiquettes, Customer Service, PC Proficiency
