Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 22-24 months experience in International/Premium Domestic Contact Center as Associate/Sr. Associate in Voice Process
Should be ok to work in Flexible Shifts
- 5 Days Working
- Cabs in Odd Hours
- Immediate Joiners are required
- Background Verification is applicable same as other support staff
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written that allows to adapt to a variety of clients and industries.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and analytical skills.
