About the Associate Role :
- As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team. You will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, generate leads, and help in the preparation of sales materials. You will also be responsible for providing customer service to clients and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Conduct research on potential clients and generate leads
- Manage and update the company's Leads dashboard
- Assist with the preparation of sales materials, proposals and presentations
- Help in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for Sales and Marketing
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team
Required Skills and Experience :
- At least 1 year of professional work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
