Associate - Sales Support - IoT/Mobility Solution (2-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update sales records, including customer information, orders, and contracts, in the company's database or CRM system.
- Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Coordinate with other departments, such as product, Presales, finance, to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Generate and distribute sales reports and analytics to the sales team and management, providing insights into sales performance and trends
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests for information, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts, including coordinating promotional campaigns or product launches
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed
Job Location : Mumbai
Minimum Relevant Experience: 3 years
Minimum Qualification: Graduate, Added certifications in Salesforce and HubSpot would be a plus
