Job role includes:
- Non-Sales Calling Process for Product Information, Document Collection, etc.
-Collation of information and Data as per SOPs. Maintaining MIS. Follow-up Calling, Upselling of products and services as and when needed.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of customer service practices
- Good listening, verbal, and written communications
