Role: Sales Associate

About the role :

We are looking for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Associate to join our excellent sales team. The sales associate will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include making cold calls, giving product demos, participating in meetings, and achieving assigned targets. You should be able to take instruction but also work unsupervised when required.

Responsibilities :

- Generate and qualify business leads looking for HR tech solutions.

- Respond to customer queries via mail, chat, or phone within TAT.

- Set up a demo session with the potential customers to convert them.

- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all assigned tasks.

- Follow and achieve the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

- Updating documents and sales records.

- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales.

- Actively seek out customers.

- Remain knowledgeable about the products offered and discuss available options.

- Build productive and trusting relationships with customers.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- A go-getter with excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

- Faster learning ability and passion for sales

- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach

- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation

- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field would be a plus.
